Strategic Vision Internal Limited was a Hongkong company founded and owned 100% by Mr. Darren Logue.  It acquired his Australian Company Sultans of Software Pty. Ltd at the commencement.  SVi had operations in Malaysia, Ireland and Colombia with clients all over the globe.  Mr. Logue operated the group before being acquired by Hansen Technologies, an Australian Publicly Listed ASX company,  in 2022 for $3m USD (AUD$ 5.55m).

Strategic Vision International accumulated approximately $22m USD in revenue in 3 to 4 years.  It had Clients in the major continets including the following:

• Bell South Comcel in Colombia;
• BCI (Bell Canada International) in Canada
• Nortel Networks in Mexico for Unefone;
• Digicel in Panama;
• Italian Telecom in Italy;
• Fiji Telecom, Fiji;
• Starhub in Singapore; and
• KPN in the Netherlands.

The list of companies above secured the SVI services of systems integration, data migration, software development and interconnect billing. 

Mr. Darren Logue was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Vision International Ltd.  There was a need for the Telecommunications Service Providers to move to GSM and away from analogue.  He identified that many of the Telecommunications Service Providers did not want to deal with the major billing system suppliers directly, and there was an opportunity for professional services for systems integration and data migration directly.  He started the company as a “jack of all trades“, undertaking sales & marketing, program & project management, finance & administraion and recuitment until a critical mass of staff were contracted.  Mr. Logue continued as the CEO until the acquisition was complete.
