About Logue Media · How we work
Find the gap. Fill the gap. Close the gap.
Start with the business problem, the constraint or the opportunity. Then bring the right evidence, capabilities and people together to make a useful change.
Our proprietary methodologies—AISRO, VDRS and BAIMI—guide how we assess what is missing, develop the assets that are needed and coordinate delivery. The requirement determines which methods we use.

How does Logue Media approach a business requirement?
We establish what needs to change, review what is already available and define the work that will address the gap. We then coordinate the relevant products, services and systems, with review points and clear ownership.
The aim is a coherent process: the evidence informs the decision, the scope explains the work and acceptance checks establish what has actually been delivered.
Your questions answered
Do I need all three methodologies?
No. We use the methods that fit the requirement. A defined service task may need only a small part of this approach.
Are methodologies the same as Solution Projects?
No. A methodology guides how we work. A Solution Project defines your particular problem, scope, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. Existing systems, content, recordings and supplier relationships should be assessed before replacement is proposed.
Client · Suppliers · AI Agents
How we work together
We start with the client’s goals and the result that matters. Logue Media then brings together the right specialist suppliers and AI-assisted tools for the requirement, with clear roles, oversight and human accountability.
Logue Media is your single point of coordination. Clear accountability.
We translate the client’s requirements and expectations into an agreed scope, budget, schedule and acceptance criteria, then coordinate suppliers, supervised AI-assisted work and delivery against those commitments — within our agreed management authority.
Requirements and scope
Confirm deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and agreed price.
People and methods
Coordinate specialist suppliers, supervised AI agents and milestones, applying BAIMI, AISRO and VDRS where appropriate.
Time, quality and changes
Monitor progress, risks and dependencies. Refer scope, timing or price changes for client approval.
Logue Media manages the integrated work within its agreed authority. Each supplier remains accountable for its contracted deliverables.
3 contracting models
The key difference is who contracts the suppliers and who is accountable for coordinating the work. We agree the model before delivery begins, rather than assuming one arrangement fits every project.
Small projects
Logue Media delivers the agreed work directly.
- Contract: The client contracts with Logue Media for the agreed scope and price.
- Delivery: Our team delivers and coordinates the defined service.
- Control: The client approves key decisions and final deliverables.
Best forAudits, content and single-provider production
Medium projects
Logue Media appoints and manages specialists.
- Contract: The client contracts with Logue Media; we engage agreed suppliers.
- Delivery: We coordinate suppliers, dependencies and integrated outputs.
- Control: The client approves scope, budget and acceptance criteria.
Best forWebsites, campaigns and multi-discipline production
Large projects
The client directly engages Logue Media and suppliers.
- Contract: The client signs separate agreements with each relevant party.
- Delivery: We manage integration, milestones and QA using BAIMI.
- Control: The client retains commercial and change-approval authority.
Best forMulti-supplier programmes and complex integration
What changes across all three models? Contracting, supplier management, reporting and approval responsibilities. What stays constant is the requirement for an agreed scope, accountable people, quality assurance and an accepted handover.
AI agents support the work; they do not replace contractual responsibility or human verification. Their use, permissions, outputs and review requirements are defined with the client. For larger integrated programmes, BAIMI explains our integration and governance process →
Our key principles and methodologies
Three connected methods, each with a distinct role. They can be used together or selectively around the business requirement.
- 1. AISRO — AI Search & Recommendation Optimisation
- 2. VDRS — Video Decomposition & Repurpose System
- 3. BAIMI — Business, AI & Marketing Integration

Find the gap
AISRO brings SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO and AIO together to assess discoverability, business clarity and supporting evidence. We identify what people and relevant search or AI systems need to understand, then distinguish verified gaps from assumptions.

Fill the evidence and content gap
Where authorised recordings can help, VDRS turns expertise, demonstrations and source material into reviewed video, transcript, content and knowledge assets. Source references, permissions and human review preserve meaning as the material is adapted for new uses.

Close the delivery gap
BAIMI connects requirements, architecture, system selection, implementation, project management, quality assurance, documentation, training and governance. It helps coordinate the handoffs between people, suppliers and systems so the agreed scope can be delivered and operated.
The scope follows the requirement
Identify the problem or opportunity, the audience, the operating constraints and the person authorised to make decisions. Agree what a useful outcome would look like before selecting tools or outputs.
Review existing assets, systems and processes. Reuse credible evidence and suitable capabilities. New work should address a defined gap rather than duplicate something the business already has.
Define what will be delivered and how it will be checked. Record responsibilities, permissions, dependencies and unresolved issues. A saved file or successful demonstration does not establish that the full process works.
Make the handover practical: approved assets, usable documentation, training where needed and an operating owner. Agree how information, systems and permissions will be maintained after delivery.
Choose the right starting point
If you have a defined task, explore our services. If the requirement spans several capabilities, use the Solutions Hub to explore coordinated project scopes. Your industry and operating context shape the detail.
You do not need to choose a methodology before speaking with us. Start by describing what is happening now and what needs to change.
