Customer Voice & Experience Intelligence
Bring authorised customer feedback into a traceable view of needs, friction and experience, then connect the findings to practical business decisions.
It suits organisations with useful feedback scattered across teams or channels and no reliable way to turn it into prioritised improvements.
What is Customer Voice & Experience Intelligence?
It is a coordinated way to collect, organise and interpret customer feedback around a defined business question. Interviews, surveys, reviews and service interactions can reveal recurring needs or friction, provided their source, consent and context are respected. The work separates individual experiences from patterns that the evidence can support.
It suits organisations with useful feedback scattered across teams or channels and no reliable way to turn it into prioritised improvements.
Your questions answered
Can existing feedback be used?
Yes, where its permitted use, source and context support the project. Existing access does not remove consent obligations.
Can AI analyse the comments?
It may assist with suitable safeguards, but themes and interpretations need source checks and human review.
Can interview quotes become testimonials?
Only with the appropriate permission and accurate attribution. Research participation is not automatic marketing approval.
Customer feedback loses value when the context disappears
A memorable complaint or enthusiastic review can dominate decisions without representing the wider customer base. Preserve individual experiences while checking whether the sample supports a broader conclusion.
Sales, service and marketing may hear different parts of the same journey. A common question framework can connect those observations without exposing unnecessary personal information.
Collecting feedback creates little value if the business cannot decide what to change. Link findings to an accountable owner, a proposed response and a way to review whether the change helped.
How Customer Voice works
Agree the requirement, establish the source material and work through a defined scope with review points.

- 4. Turn findings into work
Choose the experience or decision to investigate and identify whose perspective is needed. Agree the source material, permission requirements and sampling limitations before interpreting it.
Review before moving on: Sources and permitted uses recorded, with unnecessary personal data excluded.
Organise authorised interviews, surveys or feedback records. Remove unnecessary personal detail and preserve relevant context. VDRS can support approved recorded interviews, but transcription does not override consent or confidentiality.
Review before moving on: Themes traceable to evidence and checked for contradictory cases.
Use a consistent coding approach and check interpretations against the source. Record contradictory experiences and missing perspectives. Avoid presenting the frequency of comments as a population statistic when the sample does not justify it.
Review before moving on: Sampling and interpretation limits stated alongside findings.
Prioritise actionable issues and assign owners. Lead Qualification & Conversion may address enquiry friction; BAIMI may be needed where the response crosses processes or systems. Define how the business will review the change.
Review before moving on: Prioritised actions assigned to owners with a review method.
Use feedback without overstating what it proves

State why feedback is collected and how it will be used. Internal analysis and public testimonial use are different purposes. Obtain the necessary approval before turning a private comment into marketing material.

Keep a route from each theme back to the relevant source records. Summaries should preserve qualifications and exceptions. Automated analysis needs human review, particularly where tone, specialist language or context affects meaning.

Locate friction at a specific stage: discovery, enquiry, purchase, delivery or support. Identify what the business controls and what requires further investigation. A vague instruction to improve customer experience is not an implementation plan.

Approved customer statements can support the Project Evidence & Case Study Engine where they relate to genuine work. Quote accurately and limit the claim to what the customer actually confirmed.
What can be verified
Acceptance belongs in the project brief. The following checks make the delivered work inspectable before approval.
Feedback does not automatically establish causation or represent every customer. Public testimonials require their own approval and accurate attribution.

Start with the business requirement
Select the situation that fits. The useful output and its audience determine the scope.
Choose one customer journey problem and a suitable body of authorised feedback. Establish the question and review method before expanding the collection effort.
Compare this project with the other Solution Projects. A defined task may be addressed through an individual service; a project coordinates capabilities around a wider requirement.
Set the deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance checks before work begins. Our AISRO, VDRS and BAIMI methodologies guide the relevant parts of delivery; each is used where the requirement justifies it.
