What customers and business locations does Logue Media support?

Logue Media supports business owners, executives and managers from its Umina Beach base on the NSW Central Coast. Central Coast work includes in-person sales, delivery and support; regional projects can be on site or virtual, with remote sales and support. Elsewhere in Australia delivery is remote, while international projects are delivered through partners.

Central Coast: sales, delivery and follow-up in person

We work with Central Coast business owners and their teams in person, from the first sales discussion through delivery and post-sales support. That includes marketing advice, audits, websites, search, production and software, with virtual service available if you prefer.

Regional project delivery

All products, services and solutions can be delivered on site or virtually in our regional service areas. Sales and post-sales support are remote.

Australia and overseas

Australia outside our local and regional areas is served remotely. International delivery is arranged through partners.

Agree the delivery before the work starts

Your location changes the arrangements. Your business needs shape the work.

A working practice, an event venue and a team spread across several offices each bring different requirements. Tell us what needs to happen around the work, as well as where it will be delivered.

Illustrative healthcare consultation, showing customer-facing appointment work

Bring the customer journey into the brief.

A practice may need filming around appointments. A retailer may need new images while staying open. A venue may need production completed before guests arrive. Tell us the working hours and access constraints so the project fits around the business.

Illustrative camera crew preparing work on location

Agree what has to happen on site.

For an interview, livestream or systems implementation, we need to know who will be present, how long the site is available and which approvals apply. Share the venue contact and fixed dates early so the scope accounts for the real working conditions.

Illustrative presenter joining an online business discussion

Make reviews and decisions practical.

Online work relies on decisions and source material reaching the right person. Nominate one lead contact, agree a review schedule and tell us which staff or suppliers will contribute. This matters when your team works across several sites or time zones.

Commercial experience, applied to the business in front of us.

Darren Logue, founder of Logue Media

Darren Logue’s background includes international sales and business development, software and systems integration, and work with publicly listed companies. That experience sits alongside years of running and marketing an Australian business.

For your project, it means looking beyond a list of marketing tasks. We ask who the customer is, what they need to know before buying, where the sales process stalls and which people or systems have to work together.

Products, services and solutions for your industry

Start with what your customer needs to know.

Practices and professional services

A prospective patient or client needs to understand your service, who it is for and how to arrange the first conversation. Search, useful service pages, practitioner content and a clear enquiry process should answer those questions before your team takes the call.

Trades, suppliers and manufacturers

A buyer may need to check capability, service area, specifications or previous work before requesting a quote. Bring that information into your website, search content, project photography and video. Software can help capture requirements and hand an enquiry to the right person.

Hospitality, property, venues and events

The customer needs to picture the stay, property, venue or event and understand the next step. Photography, video, booking information, campaign content and live production each have a role, depending on what you sell and how the customer decides.

Choose the work your business needs, then agree where it happens.

Illustrative team reviewing requirements and project decisions

Decide what needs attention before commissioning the work.

Use consultancy to clarify the business issue and the decisions your team needs to make. An AI visibility or website audit can examine the existing site and identify gaps. Start with the question you need answered rather than choosing a list of tasks.

Discuss marketing consultancy

Illustrative customer consultation informing useful service information

Help the buyer find the right information and take the next step.

Tell us which customers you want to reach, which services you sell and where you actually provide them. We can assess search visibility, service information and the path to an enquiry, then direct the brief to the relevant search, website or content work.

Review search marketing services

Illustrative crew planning camera work at a production location

Plan the audience, location and production before the day.

Name the audience, the format, the recording or event location and the date. A company interview, a livestream and a podcast need different preparation. We confirm what must be captured, what the venue provides and what the production team needs to arrange.

Connect the customer enquiry to the work behind it.

Custom software development, including AI-assisted development with Codex, starts with the user’s task and the systems involved. Explain the process you need to improve, the data it uses and who will operate it. That gives us a basis for scoping development and handover.

Questions about working with us.

Can we meet before agreeing a project?

On the Central Coast, we can arrange an in-person or virtual discussion. Outside the Central Coast, pre-sales discussions are remote.

Can you deliver the work at our regional premises?

Yes. On-site and virtual delivery are available in our regional service areas. We agree the location, access, team and activities in the brief.

Which regional areas are being served?

Regional coverage includes Sydney, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley and Nelson Bay. Give us the exact location so we can confirm your project arrangements.

Can a business elsewhere in Australia work with you?

Yes. Outside the Central Coast and regional areas, we work remotely. We agree the available inputs, responsibilities and reviews before starting.

How is work overseas arranged?

International delivery is through partners. We assess the market, partner availability and responsibilities before committing to a project.

How do you price the work?

We quote against the agreed scope, deliverables and delivery arrangement. If the requirements change, we discuss the effect before undertaking additional work.

How do we get support after delivery?

Central Coast clients can arrange in-person or remote support. Regional, other Australian and international clients receive remote post-sales support under the agreed scope.

Do we need to know which product or service to buy?

No. Start with the business issue or opportunity. We can discuss whether consultancy, an audit, a defined service or a combined solution is the appropriate next step.

Where is your business, and what needs to change?

Tell us the location, business issue and timing. You do not need to know which service to choose before speaking with us.
