Microsite Design & Development for Growing Businesses
Start with five connected pages. Build a website your business can grow into.
From $2,800 + GST. Future expansion is separately scoped and quoted.
What is a microsite and how can it grow into a business website?
A microsite is a compact website that explains your services, builds credibility and gives customers a clear enquiry route. Logue Media builds five-page WordPress microsites with reusable layouts, connected navigation and search foundations. This structure supports later expansion into a Business Website, with additional work separately scoped and quoted.
Avoid paying to solve the wrong problem
Too much for one page. Too early for a larger website.
Give customers enough detail to decide, without commissioning pages you cannot yet fill.
01 · The problem
One page gets crowded
Services, business background and proof compete for the same space. Customers have to hunt for the answer they need.
Give each question a clear home
Agree the core service, business background, proof and enquiry route before choosing the five pages.
02 · The consequence
A bigger build comes too early
Paying for a larger website before your services and content are ready can mean creating pages with little useful information.
Buy the scope you can use now
Start with the content customers need to make a decision. Add further service pages when the business has useful detail to publish.
03 · The gap
Poor foundations create rework
If the starter site has disconnected pages and one-off layouts, expanding it may mean reorganising navigation and rebuilding useful content.
Check the structure before the build
Reusable templates, connected navigation and logical page addresses give future content somewhere to fit. Expansion remains separately scoped.

Built on architecture that can grow
Adding pages is only useful when they fit. Shared templates, navigation, URLs and links keep the website connected.

The proof hub brings client work together. Each spoke records a genuine client brief, work delivered and available evidence, with contextual links to the services involved.

Categories and tags connect the clusters
Categories group the main topics. Tags connect shared themes across service explanations and client evidence. These are illustrative labels, applied where they help customers explore related content.

Tags · shared themes
MicrositeService businessCentral CoastUse a shared tag only when it genuinely applies to both the service and the client project.
/services/description-1/Shared topic: Microsite/proof/client-1/From explanation to evidence: service pages explain the work; client pages substantiate it. Contextual links and consistent categories and tags connect the two. This creates a hub-and-spoke topic cluster with evidence that can support AI search and generative engine optimisation (GEO).

Who benefits from a five-page microsite?
- New Businesses
- Projects and Ventures
- Focused Service Offers
- New line of business
- New products & services
Give customers enough information to enquire
A new trade or professional service may need to explain its offer, service area, experience and enquiry process. Five connected pages give these questions a clear home.
Agree the core service first. Use existing photographs and genuine experience; do not fill empty pages with unsupported claims.
Keep one venture easy to understand
A new venture or defined project can have its own introduction, scope, supporting evidence and contact route. Visitors can explore the detail relevant to them.
Separate project information from the parent business where that helps customers. The agreed brief determines whether a separate website is appropriate.
Make suitability clear before the enquiry
A business promoting one focused service can explain who it helps, what the work involves and what a customer should prepare. Supporting pages provide room for examples and common questions.
Keep unrelated offers outside this brief. If several services need their own customer routes, review the Business Website option.
Give the new business line its own explanation
Introduce who the new line serves, how it differs from your existing work and the evidence customers need. Five connected pages can separate the offer, background and enquiry route without commissioning a larger site before the content is ready.
Make a new offer easy to assess
Explain the product or service, who it suits, how it works and the next step. A microsite gives supporting information room to breathe. Online sales, bookings or external-system connections are separately scoped where required.

How we design and deliver your microsite
Remote delivery across Australia, with in-person discussions available on the Central Coast.
Step 1 of 5
Discovery and scope
Agree the business job before choosing the pages. We discuss who the website needs to reach, what those customers need to understand and the enquiry you want them to make.
- Confirm the five commercial pages and the purpose of each.
- Record supplied content, account access and any separately quoted requirements.
- Set out responsibilities and the agreed work in the quotation and Statement of Work.
Step 2 of 5
Content and structure
Turn your approved material into a connected customer journey. We organise the copy, photographs and genuine project evidence so each page answers a clear question and leads naturally to the next step.
- Map the navigation, page addresses and links between related information.
- Identify missing content early; additional writing or production is separately quoted.
- Keep legal and compliance content outside the five commercial-page allowance.
Step 3 of 5
Design and development
Build the agreed design in WordPress using shared layouts and consistent components. The aim is a coherent five-page website now, with a structure that can accommodate further services and content later.
- Apply the agreed branding across desktop and mobile layouts.
- Connect navigation, contextual links and the standard enquiry form.
- Configure the agreed search foundations, Google Search Console and basic Google Analytics setup.
Step 4 of 5
Testing and review
Review the working website before release. You check the business information and supplied content; we check the agreed layouts and customer interactions so issues can be identified while the page is still in review.
- Check responsive layouts, navigation, links and the enquiry route.
- Verify the agreed search and measurement configuration.
- Resolve feedback against the agreed scope; quote additional requirements separately.
Step 5 of 5
Handover
Complete the agreed review and approval before launch. We provide the access and handover information needed to manage the website, with clear boundaries between the completed build and any ongoing services.
- Confirm the client-owned domain, hosting and third-party accounts.
- Provide the agreed access and explain the website structure.
- Scope maintenance, new content or expansion separately when required.
Proof and relevant examples
Two published projects show why a smaller website suited the brief. Their scope and results are not promises for your project.

Microsite FAQs
How many pages are included?
Up to five connected commercial pages. We confirm the actual pages in the Statement of Work. Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and other applicable legal/compliance pages sit outside that allowance; you provide approved legal content.
Can my microsite become a Business Website?
Yes. We design the WordPress/Divi structure for future expansion, using reusable layouts and logical URLs. Additional work is separately scoped and quoted. New requirements may need redesign; expansion is not free.
Do I need a microsite or a landing page?
A landing page suits one commercial page with one primary conversion objective. Choose a microsite when customers need several connected pages to understand the business or offer. A broader service range may suit a Business Website.
Are copywriting, photos and video included?
Original copywriting, photography and video production are not automatically included. You can supply approved assets or request a separate quotation for the content work you need.
Are hosting and ongoing maintenance included?
No. Hosting, domain renewals, applicable licences and ongoing maintenance are client-funded unless explicitly stated as included in your quotation. We configure the services agreed in the project scope.
Who owns Google Search Console and Analytics?
The client owns the properties. The package includes Search Console setup/verification and sitemap submission, plus basic Google Analytics setup and tracking verification. Appropriate permissions and relevant privacy and consent requirements apply.
Can I add bookings, a shop or an external system?
Ask for a custom quote. Additional functions, eCommerce and complex integrations change the scope and may need licences or third-party services. We confirm suitability and costs before work is agreed.
Does the package guarantee enquiries or search rankings?
No. Basic search engine optimisation and conversion foundations help present the website clearly, but rankings, AI visibility, traffic, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
What search and measurement setup is included?
Basic search engine optimisation includes titles, descriptions, headings, logical page addresses and sitemap configuration. Google Search Console setup and verification, sitemap submission, and basic Google Analytics setup and tracking verification are included. Advanced tracking and ongoing reporting are separately quoted.
